Please note, our busiest days are the 1st, 15th, and last two days of the month. On those days, the best times to call are 9 am–11:30 am and 1:30 pm–4 pm.

PUD offices

• Electric Building Headquarters in Everett is open Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Community offices in Arlington, Lynnwood and Monroe are open three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Community offices in Snohomish and Stanwood remain closed for now (payment drop box available)
