Public Record Request for Retired member data

The Washington State Department of Retirement Systems (DRS) has received a public records request for information related to retirees who received monthly pension payments in 2025. Under Washington’s Public Records Act, DRS is required to release certain information—including name, retirement date, last employer, and monthly pension amount—and plans to provide the records on May 11, 2026.  Snohomish County PUD Retirees with questions or who want more details can visit the DRS Public Records Request notice or contact DRS directly at 844-704-6780 or drs.pdrnotice@drs.wa.gov.


Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Form 1095 – Hardcopy Available Upon Request Only

1095-C Form Available online on Benefit Central Your 1095-C Form will be posted online in Benefit Central by the IRS deadline. To view/print your 1095-C form:

  • Go to Benefit Central (link above, login required)
  • Top menu, select “Benefits”
  • Click on “1095 tax documents”
  • The prior years 1095-C Form will be available mid to late February.
  • Download and print your 1095 Form if you want*

*Optional hardcopy: Email the HR Benefit team hrbenefits@snopud.com to request your 1095-C.  We will mail your 1095-C by the later of January 31 or 30 days after receiving your request.

*NOTE: The 1095-C Form is not required to complete your taxes – see Affordable Care Act (ACA) Q&A #3
