Greenleaf Neighborhood Utility Construction

The PUD will be performing utility construction in the Greenleaf Neighborhood to support future electric service needs and increase reliability. The project includes installing underground power infrastructure from E. Lowell Larimer Road south through the Greenleaf neighborhood, where it will connect to the future Eastview Village development.
To help reduce impacts to the neighborhood, the PUD will install underground conduit using trenchless methods whenever possible, which allows work to be done below ground, minimizing surface disturbance. The project also includes two underground electrical vaults that will be located in neighborhood common areas within existing PUD easements.
