Jeff Kallstrom

Jeff Kallstrom became AGM of the PUD Water Utility in March of 2024. He has been with the PUD for nearly two decades and brings a wealth of public service experience to the job. During his tenure as Assistant General Counsel, Jeff provided legal and strategic advice and guidance for PUD teams. He also served as Interim General Counsel and Interim Senior Manager of Power Supply.
Jeff has a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Washington.
