The PUD does not charge a fee to use any of these payment options.

*No payments can be made at our Operations Center or Water Operations Center. Phone kiosk is available at all other PUD offices for credit/debit card payments.

NOTE: PUD monthly billing is based on a 28- to 34-day cycle. Anything above or below will be pro-rated accordingly.

Budget Payment Plan

Predictable PUD bills with equal monthly payments for 12 months

Requirements to start our Budget Payment Plan (BPP):

  • Must be a residential customer
  • Must have a zero balance
  • Must establish 12 months of consumption history at same address

Your monthly amount is calculated using the average of actual billed amounts during the previous 12 months. Your account is recalculated every 12 months, which can cause an increase or decrease in your monthly payment.
