Apply for an Electric Pathways for Transportation Grant
Application Requirements
- A completed online application + signed Terms & Conditions.
- Required uploads:
- Completed timeline template (either as pdf or Word format)
- Completed budget template (Excel document)

- Quotes/estimates.
- PUD New Service Questionnaire (NSQ) if applicable

An NSQ is required for any project that includes EV charging infrastructure or electrical modifications. This includes, but is not limited to, installing EV chargers, adding, relocating, or upgrading outlets (including120V), performing commercial electrical work, or installing wiring, conduit, orpanel capacity to support future EV charging.

Awardee Requirements
If selected for funding, awardees must:
- Sign the Grant Agreement – Accept the Electric Pathways for Transportation Grant Agreement to receive the initial funding disbursement (up to 75%).
- Maintain Communication – Stay in contact with PUD to ensure timely funding distribution and project coordination.
- Launch the Project – Begin work on the approved scope of the project.
- Submit Quarterly Reports – Provide regular updates using the PUD’s quarterly report template.
- Complete the Project – Finish all work within the required timeline.
- Submit Final Documentation – Send in a final report and supporting invoices using the PUD’s final report template.
- Receive Remaining Funds – After final documentation is approved, receive the balance of the grant award.
- Optional Participation – Engage in the PUD’s marketing and promotional efforts if desired (Please do! It will help others.)
