Equipment upgrades & replacements

For Advanced Rooftop Unit Controllers (ARC-Full and ARC-Lite) and Compressed Air System with compressor 75 HP or less, please click here to view our wookbook.

For energy-efficient equipment that does not have a qualifying rebate, custom incentives include:

  • 35 cents/kWh for equipment
  • 20 cents/kWh for controls, up to 70% of total project cost for retrofits
  • 25% of equipment cost for new installation
  • O&M (operations & maintenance) at 20 cents/kWh, up to 70% of cost

Incentive rates and programs may change without notice. Funding is limited.

Eligibility

  • All projects must be pre-approved
  • Qualifying equipment includes, but is not limited to:
    • Building control systems
    • Chillers, cooling towers, and process cooling
    • Compressed air system with compressor up to 75 HP
    • Fiber laser cutting
    • Green Hydraulic power
    • HVAC & demand control ventilation
    • Pumps and fans
    • Variable Speed Drives/Variable Frequency Drives (VSDs/VFDs)
