Everett Headquarters

The Training & Technology Center at our Electric Building (2320 California Street in Everett) has a variety of different meeting spaces, as well as an auditorium/theater for large gatherings. Multimedia projection is available for an additional fee in any of the meeting spaces.


Commission Meeting Room – 1st floor

This room accommodates up to 60 people with several different setups.

Rates:
Government/non-profit group: $35
Public use: $100
With rentals over 20 hours per event, the kitchen, green room and commons area are included at no charge


First floor meeting room

TC1-A – 1st floor

Seats up to 25 people with a central table and seating around the perimeter of the room. A small sink and refrigerator are in the room.

Rates:
Government/non-profit group: $25
Public use: $40


Training Center small conference rooms

Seat up to 15 people around a central table or a U-shape Training Center.

Rates:
Government/non-profit group: $15
Public use: $35


(TC2-BC) – 2nd floor

Seats up to 60 people with several different set ups.

Rates:
Government/non-profit group: $30
Public use: $70


Kitchenette/commons area – 1st floor

This special area is setup with small tables and chairs. Seats up to 32 people. Located on first floor in the public entry area.
