Multimedia auditorium/theater
The 300-seat auditorium/theater of our Training & Technology Center allows you to hold your next play, large conference, or seminar in Everett. It has a full-stage, theater lighting, movie screen, and sound system. Our theater also has an accompanying green room.
Rates:
Auditorium:
Government/non-profit group: $200 per 4-hour minimum; $50 each additional hour
Public use: $275 per 4-hour minimum; $70 each additional hour
With rentals over 20 hours per event, the kitchen, green room and commons area are included at no charge
Green Room:
Government/non-profit group: $25 per 4-hour minimum; $50 each additional hour
Public use: $40 per 4-hour minimum
