Plat engineering

Welcome to Plat Engineering where we help you define scope, costs and timelines for your plat project (5 or more lots) while also managing technical engineering related to the design of a plat.

Plat project submissions

Four items are required before a project is assigned to a PUD designer:

  1. New Service Questionnaire form filled out (click to open and save Plat New Service form 1097P)
  2. $2,000 deposit (check made payable to “Snohomish PUD”)
  3. Full set of prints (digital only; for files larger than 10 MB, please contact us to request a link to a private upload site)
  4. CADs (see requirements listed to the right)

Customer feedback survey

Upon completion of plat construction, we send out the survey below, asking for feedback on the process from beginning to end. It will be reviewed by the Plat Engineering management and not the designers, so that you may provide your true and unbiased reflection. We value feedback because it helps us provide the best customer service possible. Thank you!
