Pam was appointed Interim Assistant General Manager for Customer and Energy Services in May 2019 and accepted the permanent position in July 2019. She leads the PUD’s efforts to develop and operate solar energy, electrification of transportation, and demand response programs. She is also responsible for PUD’s customer service operations, including call center, frontline, account management, collections and low income programs for commercial and residential customers.
Pam joined the utility in 2013 as a Senior Manager of Customer Experience with more than 20 years of executive and operational leadership experience, working in London and the US for the banking and telecommunication industries, where she oversaw approximately 3,000 employees and was responsible for a $235 million budget.
Pam is passionate for ensuring employees are safe and have the tools to provide our customers with great customer service. She believes employee, customer and community engagement are the cornerstone to increasing and improving our overall customer experience and programs.
