Lake Stevens Energy Efficiency Pilot

Piggy Bank Limited Time OfferYour PUD is piloting a program to determine if targeted conservation investments can be more cost effective than costly infrastructure upgrades. The pilot will not only save energy for participating customers in Lake Stevens, but it will also help the PUD keep rates low for ALL customers! 

The Program:

Beginning 3/1/2023:

Lake Stevens Residential Customers will receive a 25% increase in rebates for heating, windows and insulation. Projects must be under contract by December 31, 2023, and completed by June 30, 2024.

Lake Stevens Commercial Customers will receive a 50% increase in rebates for non-lighting energy efficiency projects. Projects must be under contract by December 31, 2023, and completed by June 30, 2024.

How to Qualify:

To qualify for the increased rebate, residential customers must meet all the following requirements:

  • Have a physical Lake Stevens address.
  • Must have an electrically heated home.
  • Work with your contractor to make sure that your project qualifies.

Business customers must meet the following requirements:

  • Have a physical Lake Stevens address.
  • All projects require PUD pre-approval before start (your contractor will work with the PUD to get this approval).
