Have you tried the PUD’s MySnoPUD app? Our app provides benefits of the MySnoPUD customer portal, right from your smart phone.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve your ease of access to information about your account, and the MySnoPUD app offers many ways to make your life easier. Since launching the app, over 50,000 customers have downloaded it to take advantage of its many features.

The app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

In the app, you can see and analyze your latest bill – and easily pay it with one click. If you’re worried you might forget to send a payment, sign up for AutoPay, which will take care of everything for you.

Right now is a great time to sign up for paperless billing. Not only will you help the environment – and help us reduce our processing costs – but when you make the switch to paperless you are automatically entered into a monthly drawing for a $100 bill credit or tree certificate (which is good for a tree or shrub from a local nursery).

The app also includes several alerts you can sign up to receive. You can receive a notification when your bill arrives, when a payment has been applied, if a payment is overdue, when a bill is due and if a scheduled payment is pending.

If a move is in your future, schedule move in or move out service to activate the meter at your new residence. You can also use the app to report an outage and visit our Outage Map.

Finally, with our Connect Up program’s new advanced meters, you can use the app to see your usage in near real time. This can help you monitor and analyze your usage and even find ways to save on your energy bills. The Connect Up program will install new meters to all 360,000 of our customers over the next couple of years.
