MySnoPUD Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
- Subscribers have provided express consent to receive recurring messages from Snohomish PUD (MySnoPUD) via short code, while understanding that consent is not a condition of purchase or service from Snohomish PUD. This program will send text messages to existing customers who are opted in to receive alerts regarding their service. For example, power outages including cause, status, and power restoration times.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP.” After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If you would like to opt back in, text “START” or login to your MySnoPUD account and go to “Manage Alerts.”
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 877-783-1000 (toll-free).
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
