Standard & Poor’s Rating Services – Water 2023 > Standard & Poor’s Rating Services – Water 2023 > September 20, 2023 – S&P Global Ratings assigned its “AA” long-term rating to Snohomish County Public Utility District No. 1, Wash.’s water system revenue bonds. The rating reflects the district’s strong economic base and solid financial metrics. The outlook is stable.
