Meet Andrea Duffy, Energy Services Office Coordinator
< All Stories
Born and raised in Everett, Andrea started at the PUD in our Customer Service department. She later transferred to the PUD’s Energy Services group and has been helping customers make energy-efficiency upgrades ever since.
How do you serve PUD customers?
I serve our customers by processing their paperwork for rebates and incentives for our energy-efficiency programs. If you submit a rebate for work done on your home, I’ll be the one to make sure you get your money! I enjoy providing good customer service and connecting with our customers and/or contractors. I also enjoy talking with customers out in the community. I have worked at our booth at many events like the Home Show and fairs.
How do you serve your community?
I was born and raised in Everett (Go Seagulls!) and was a member of the VFW Post 2100 in Everett. My husband and I now live in Lynnwood, but we have family and framily (friends who are family) throughout Snohomish County. I have volunteered at Safe Place through Hand in Hand, which provides a place for children who are removed from their homes. As I have gotten older, the saying “it takes a village” has become so true and I am lucky to have the community that I do.
