It’s almost here! MySnoPUD, the new online account experience for customers, is coming soon. If you access your PUD account online and use SnoPAY to pay your bill, your account will be converted to MySnoPUD automatically. MySnoPUD will offer 24/7 secure benefits, some of which include:
SNOPAY USERS: - Important News!We will use your email to send you an electronic invitation to MySnoPUD with a link to reset your password, autopay and wallet information. Please make sure your preferred email address is in SnoPAY or call Customer Service at (425) 783-1000.
To bring you these new services, SnoPAY will be unavailable September 4-6. During this time, no payments can be made or scheduled. In addition, any payments scheduled to be paid after Sept. 3 may not be converted so please pay before Sept. 3 or reschedule your payment after Sept. 6.
With SnoPAY, the PUD's online billing program, you can pay your PUD bill by transferring money electronically from your checking or savings account, or use a credit or debit card (except pre-paid credit cards). You can also use SnoPAY to make a one-time payment without enrolling. There is no fee to use SnoPAY.
We encourage you to enroll to take advantage of special options like: viewing your past PUD bills, eliminating receipt of paper bills, and establishing recurring payments. Read our SnoPAY FAQ's...
