Spada recreation site

Spada Lake Reservoir & Sultan River Access

Culmback Dam Road is CLOSED to ALL PUBLIC ACCESS, INCLUDING PEDESTRIANS, at Olney Pass due to construction activity.   

The South Shore Road and associated day-use recreation sites are open, with the exception that the South Shore boat launch is closed due to low water level.

The inner gate at 116th Street will be closed outside of business hours (7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.). The outer gate will be left open.

The Diversion Dam Road is CLOSED to ALL PUBLIC ACCESS, INCLUDING PEDESTRIANS while road construction occurs.


PUD property and Recreation Sites are day-use only.
