Do not use this form to report emergencies.
Please call customer service at 425-783-1000 for the following items:
- If power has been disconnected due to non-payment
- Start/stop service
- Request extension of due date
- Provide a payment confirmation number if you have received a disconnection notice
In general, the following things can be handled via this form:
- Correct names from an account
- Change your mailing address (but not your service address)
- Request your account balance, statement or due date
- Request a letter of credit for another utility
