Mark Flury

Mark is a seasoned senior leader with over 25 years of experience in large development projects, specializing in electrical utility business and operations. Since joining the PUD in 2011, Mark has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Transmission & Distribution, System Operations & Engineering. His expertise spans system planning, asset management and implementation of large infrastructure upgrades.

Before his tenure at the PUD, Mark was the President and Principal Engineer at Flury-Wyrick & Associates, Inc., where he co-owned a consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, land planning, and land surveying. He also served as a Senior Associate at David Evans & Associates, Inc., focusing on land development design and consulting. Mark holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Washington State.
