Build With ENERGY STAR Northwest

The Build With ENERGY STAR Northwest program is designed to encourage builders to include energy-efficient measures in new homes being built in Snohomish County and on Camano Island. The rebates help offset the cost of installing higher energy-efficiency features that are required to meet NW Energy Star and Built Green standards for new single-family homes. Rebates are for heat pumps, ENERGY STAR clothes washers and ENERGY STAR refrigerators.
