Customer Service (8AM - 5:30PM): 425-783-1000 Pay Your Bill: SNOPAY
Your PUD account number has changed due to a conversion to a new computer software system on March 1. If you use a third-party vendor (like a bank or bill-pay service) to pay your PUD bill, please notify the vendor of your new nine-digit PUD account number* (found on any PUD bill issued after 3/1/10). If you pay your bill through SnoPAY, your account number has already been changed for you.
* In SnoPAY, you can find this new 9-digit account number in My Profile, My Accounts. Please do not delete your old 10-digit account number because it allows you to view older billing statements.
With SnoPAY, the PUD's online billing program, you can pay your PUD bill by transferring money electronically from your checking or savings account, or use a credit or debit card (except pre-paid credit cards). You can also use SnoPAY to make a one-time payment without enrolling. There is no fee to use SnoPAY.
We encourage you to enroll to take advantage of special options like: viewing your past PUD bills, eliminating receipt of paper bills, establishing recurring payments, and creating shared accounts where you can pay PUD bills for family members or friends. Read our SnoPAY FAQ's...
