When asked if being “socially and environmentally responsible” describes the PUD, 73 percent of customers rated the PUD high (8-10 out of 10).

2013 - Second Quarter Survey

When asked about the PUD's investments in renewable energy sources, customers gave an above average satisfaction rating of 8.58 (out of 10).

When asked if the PUD is socially and environmentally responsible, 63% of customers gave the PUD a high rating (8 to 10 out of 10).
